Terms & Conditions

By registering for the Netherlands Cricket League (NCL) 2026, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Participation

  1. I understand that registration does not guarantee selection into any specific team.

  2. Team allocation will be determined through the official NCL Auction process.

  3. I confirm that I am available to participate on the tournament dates and will make reasonable efforts to attend all scheduled matches for my team.

Code of Conduct

  1. I agree to respect fellow players, team owners, match officials, volunteers, organizers, spectators, and venue staff.

  2. I agree to follow all NCL rules, playing conditions, and decisions made by tournament officials.

  3. Any abusive behavior, misconduct, cheating, violence, discrimination, harassment, or actions that bring the league into disrepute may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or removal from the tournament without refund.

Health & Safety

  1. I participate in NCL entirely at my own risk.

  2. I confirm that I am physically fit to participate in cricket activities.

  3. The organizers, volunteers, sponsors, venue providers, Jaat'sDway Sports, and associated partners shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, theft, damage, or accident occurring before, during, or after the event.

Registration & Refunds

  1. Registration fees are non-refundable once registrations close and auction preparations begin.

  2. In exceptional circumstances, the organizing committee may consider refund requests at its sole discretion.

  3. If the tournament is postponed or rescheduled due to weather, venue issues, force majeure, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond the organizers' control, registration fees may be carried forward to the revised event date.

Media & Publicity

  1. I grant NCL, Jaat'sDway Sports, and authorized partners the right to photograph, film, livestream, record, and publish my image, name, statistics, and performances for promotional, marketing, media, and historical purposes without additional compensation.

  2. I understand that matches may be livestreamed and recorded.

Tournament Administration

  1. The organizing committee reserves the right to modify schedules, playing conditions, venues, tournament formats, or operational procedures where necessary for the successful conduct of the event.

  2. All decisions made by the organizing committee and match officials shall be final.

Declaration

  1. I confirm that the information provided in this registration form is accurate and complete.

  2. I have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
